The Shudde

The word ‘Shudde’ (sounding ‘should’) derives from the old English word for shed or cover. The Anglo-Saxon derivations of 'shed' stem from the root word for separation or division. Some dialects in England still call sheds shuds.

Originally a garage to the main house, recently converted to create a little haven, perfect for a couple’s retreat or single getaway. The Shudde can be booked separately or in addition to the cottage for a perfect guest overflow or some say, the perfect grandparent hideout.
